Good Customer service, bad shipping |

The people at HL Supply are friendly and professional on the phone. But they use the Postal Service and that is where things fall short. If I am being charged for shipping then I should be receiving the Item in a timely manner. If the shipping situation gets fixed I would go back to HL Supply. Until then I may look else where. Why it took over a week to receive a part that is at most a 2 hour drive.
