5 of 5 372 piston double ring not single ring but nice! August 15, 2014

this piston in the picture is not what  i got. i got a hyway piston with double rings and i wanted a spingle ringed piston. the piston is great  though there was a tiny bit of bur on the sides of the piston sides not front and back, on the skirt but the actual skirts were chamferd nicely but i went around the bottom with it with some fine sand paper and cleaned the piston it was a tight fit perfect. but will deffinately need some running in. other than that the piston and rings were excellent but. please fix that picture i could have left the botton ring  off but i wanted a piston that was for a single ring and not have that empty space also the rings i got were cut differently  the have a groove in them  one had a bigger groove so i put that one on the bottom  and put the ring with the smaller groove on top. im assuming they were made this way to reduce drag or for setting in better idk.
