I consider this part of average vice top quality - not on par with Stihl OEM or Oregon power-mate as depicted in the website photo. Also, I sent an email to Jim Folsom, Regional Sales Rep, HLS, noting dissatisfaction on my entire order - his reply: "problem?" - followed up with details, at which time he sent a unprofessional (sarcastic) reply. Cavalier attitude, or just no customer service skills.
