*Older 044 chainsaws made before serial number X29 382 283 have a 10mm wrist pin. There are a few rare chainsaws that are after that serial number that also have a 10mm wrist pin. Please verify your pin size before ordering.
Comes complete with gaskets, bearing, spark plug

But I broke a ring so I called and they sent two that was for a Husqvarna call they said it was the same so after receiving them in the mail I installed them it started right up on the 4 pull i warmed it up and went to the wood pile I sawed about 20 pieces.it abruptly stopped.i went in the shop and removed the muffler .well poop.there was some of the rings in there .after comparing them with the original they were not the same like I was told the thickness was 1.5 mm which was good but the rings from the gap end all the way around to the other end was longer.wich makes it too tight to use in my saw.another well poop.now I have a new top end that is completely ruined

Followed the web site instructions with the serial numbers and bought the 10mm head.  Turned out that I needed the 12mm.  Bought the 12mm and the saw is running like new again.

Went with Hiway Brand cyl kit for my old 044 10mm saw. The parts were high quality and figment was correct. Time will tell how they hold up, cut about a cord of wood today and saw is running strong 💪! There was a problem with FedEx shipping, but that wasn’t HL Supplies fault, parts were shipped promptly and FedEx lost them for a while. I will purchase here again.
