I purchased 8 chainsaw chains from this outfit. The items arrived and they are clearly from China, as indicated by the Chinese company's name and Chinese characters on the boxes. HL advertised the chains were made with high quality German steel. None of the boxes had ANY information on them, such as, the gauge of the chains, the pitch of the chains, the number of drive links etc. I checked the sole part number on the boxes against HL's online parts database. NOTHING! I e-mailed HL and the responder claimed, "I am confused because the part number you provided is the same chain we advertise. So, two different part numbers for the same chain, but the part numbers on the boxes I received ARE NOT in your database.

Never again is all I can say. This outfit is a cruel joke for anybody paying attention. Once I called the responder's bluff of "being confused" he wrote back with the snarky, "OK, have a good day."

So, heads up as these folks are not honest or ethical.
