Stihl 028 stater assy September 23, 2019 Reviewer: Gilbert Swink from Norfolk, VA United States   Works well, thanks. Website has problems with logging on & paying. HL won't return phone calls if you leave a message. Tried to order filters for $12.43 as advertised which kept coming up $19.95 for 20.
