I consider this part of average vice top quality - not on par with Stihl OEM - fit is off.  I was able to get it with a bit of effort and coercion - angle cover, partially install bottom two OEM screws first, followed by top two newly provided and slightly longer top screws, then snug all four.  Have not tried it yet, but looks good on the saw.
