I tried to place an order for several parts this item was on B/o so i waited about a month to wait for the part to come in and I checked back same status, after a couple more weeks I called and the receptionist helped me and told me she would contact me via e mail or phone when the part came in. she checked with warehouse and e mailed me within a day or two and i called and placed order. It all shipped within a day, very good. She did a fabulous job in taking care of me! That is what customer svc is about and the way it should be, something that is missing in a lot of company's in America. Thanks for your help my chain saw is working great.
