Have not used they as I write but here is my take on the overall experience. We are a repeat customer, this order annoyed me it was two items all of which would fit into a USPS 8.5 x 11 Manila envelope or a Priority mail Envelope and ship for under $7.00
instead we have to choose terrible options that are all over priced for shipping, it is very bad when shipping costs 32% of the order, if this order had not shipped as fast as it I would have canceledthe order. Shipping costs make it undesirable to buy on line, make the savings disappear rapidly
