Stihl Chain Tensioner March 5, 2020 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from WA   Paid $16 with shipping for this Stihl chain tensioner and waited a week before it showed up not knowing it was from China. Greased it up before install and noticed it wanted to eat gears when going in reverse. -Chinese POS- Customer service promptly refunded me and didn't even want me to ship the tensioner back but for the $1 they probably paid for it I spose I could understand. I might buy from again in the future as long as it is a reputable product but what a waist of my time, I am a cutter in the Pacific Northwest and purchased this for a neighbor, all my parts saws were to big for his 311, being his only saw and building a log cabin this put him behind a while, needless to say "HLSPROPARTS.COM" Doesn't care about their reputation let alone mine.
