5 of 5 Great tool for chainsaw repair August 21, 2018
Reviewer: Roger Allen from Davis, IL United States
This tool clamps against the outer race on the crankshaft bearings thus holding the bearings in place in the crankcase halves while you push the crankshaft out of the bearing. Do one side and then the other. Takes all of 30 seconds to a minute to do both sides. Make sure you remove all of the crankcase screws and drive out the guide pins.

I have a friend who has one and i bought it for Stihl crankcases and it works perfect to split from chainsaws to cutoff ts 410 and 420 saws. Also echo and Tanaka, get this tool while can. it will work in many other situations. Very hard to find. Thanks HL Supply for having it.
