Customer service was rude and not helpful |

Ordered the wrong part, my mistake. Tried to cancel immediately, thecsystem said it was too late to cancel; 10 minutes after ordering. Contacted customer service, they asked for the order number, I gave it to them and they never responded. Then I got a message telling me to check the hours of operation. I returned a message saying that there are no hours listed on the website, but was confused that you can take orders and process orders, but not cancel orders. They said that’s correct and proceeded to ship the part I don’t need. They were unnecessarily rude about a pretty simple thing,
