Must have if you work on saws April 26, 2025 Reviewer: E. LITTLE from SAN RAFAEL, CA United States   This puller is required if you don't want to take the chance of damaging your crank case. Just like everything else I've bought from HL Supply it was a real OEM part, not a fake claiming to be real. With this puller and the install tool you can switch a seal in minutes. For the price of the 4 tools it's about 1.5hrs labor cost at a shop, so it was worth it to me to buy it. Was this review helpful to you?

WRONG PRODUCT/NO Response December 21, 2021 Reviewer: Brody Hunt from Asheville, NC United States   I ordered 3 of the same sets of seal and only one set was correct, though they were all packaged the same.  I've wrote the support chat box and emailed, with no response in over two weeks now.  The one set of seals that was correct seem to have worked fine, one star for customer service.
