Ordered 2 - 1 made in Taiwan, 1 of unknown origin September 23, 2019 Reviewer: Craig L, Po3 GMS Pros from Warrenton, VA United States   Ordered two, received one made in Taiwan and one of unknown origin.  One black, one silver.  I consider this part of average vice top quality - not on par with Stihl OEM.    Also, I sent an email to Jim Folsom, Regional Sales Rep, HLS, noting dissatisfaction on my entire order - his reply: "problem?" - followed up with details, at which time he sent a unprofessional (sarcastic) reply.  Cavalier attitude, or just no customer service skills.
