1 of 5 026 saw spur sprocket issue February 3, 2020
Reviewer: Loren from NE, Iowa
The depth of the drum was too deep for 024 and 026 saws. Ended up machining off 3/16" or so to keep it from rubbing the saw housing and to make it the same depth as the sprocket removed. Diameters and rest of the dimensions seemed OK. Have not ran it much yet to determine longevity.

Reviewer: William from Roanoke, Va
Upon first inspection, quality appeared good.  After installation, the drum rubbed on the plastic housing.  That issue has improved somewhat after running the saw a bit.  The real issue is the chain drive sprocket does not run true with the crankshaft.  As the chain progresses around the bar, it tightens, then loosens, then tightens, and so on.  I expect the condition will rectify itself after cutting several cords of wood and the chain wears the sprocket. Overall, not impressed with the product.
