I was really just after the bolts, as I found an OEM muffle on ebay. I will ALWAYs pay the extra money for German made OEM parts as opposed to aftermarket cheap Chinese crap, however OEM bolts were not readilly available and these worked just fine. I did compare the kit's exhast plate with the OEM ones (the old one and new one I just received) and it was not exactly the same, nor as good a fit. The exhaust channel was simplified which could potentially change exhaust exit characteristics and may or may not affect the running or defuse hot exhaust on adjacent plastic case. Maybe no issues but I want my saw (to every extent possible) to remain German made OEM. I did notice HL carries some Brand name aftermarket parts, which nomatter where they're made, at least give a little more feeling of quality than no-name, white blank-box chinese parts. If I ever cannot find OEM parts, I may consider these the next best option.
