Starter Rope for ST400 with Elasto Handle March 21, 2019 Reviewer: Reginald Hill from Anaheim, CA United States   I received the wrong diameter rope, it was suppose to be 4.5 mm, I received 3.5mm. I was told they were out of stock of the 4.5 mm so I could return it for a credit, but I had to pay the shipping which is almost the price of the ropes. I don't think that's right for their mistake.
