A broken piston ring for my ms650 chainsaw Thursday, August 6, 2026 Reviewer: Ben Johnson from Pinetop, AZ United States   It was a real joy working with Jon. First. I had left a phone message he promptly answered on Monday morning. Then. He let me talk, told him what my overhaul kit had broken in transit. I don’t think I used the correct jargon, but, Jon was extra patient. I would return to this company over and over again. And. I will recommend it to anyone who will listen. Thank you!! Wrong parts delivered! Wednesday, October 27, 2021 Reviewer: Anthony Palmatier from Howell, MI United States   I give this review 10 thumbs down Bruce Brengal  has my information from almost 2 weeks ago I got another guy’s parts that was supposed to go to New York I’m in Michigan I would like to rebuild my chainsaw if I don’t get the parts soon I will demand a refund and I will go buy my part somewhere else.
