The one I received had the same dimensions as the OEM and the fit and finish were good. The problem I had was that the hole for the rear bar stud was only tapped half-way, so I had to tap it the rest of the way in order install and torque bar stud.

The Engine Pan Fit Great. Make Sure to order Bar studs. Or have to shorten OEM. The hole is not drilled and tapped deep enough. No problem for me. Works great otherwise. Would order again from company.
