Kit was complete, cylinder base had one bolt hole that the threads were not machined correctly. I emailed customer service and a replacement was on my doorstep in 4 days.

The tapped lead screw hole doesn't match the OEM, so be sure you have the correct screw.  Otherwise, product worked fantastic.

Excellent product.  I did not like it that it did not include a new piston bearing.  It should have come with one.  I notified hsbsupply and never heard a word in return.
