I called in to let customer service know that I received a defective and low quality product. I was expected to pay to return the item. It seemed like a big to do to get a prepaid shipping label. And when I tried to ask if there was a better quality product available I got a short answer no and got hung up on. There's too many places to shop to get treated like this. I tried to call back and give management my thoughts on this and couldn't even reach anybody.
