Returns:

• Unused Chainsaws: We accept returns of unopened and unused chainsaws within 30 days of purchase.
• Fueled Chainsaws: Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on chainsaws that have been fueled.

Husqvarna Warranty:

Husqvarna offers a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship:

• Professional Use: 1-year warranty
• Consumer Use: 2-year warranty

We are also an authorized Husqvarna repair center and are happy to assist you. Please be aware that while Husqvarna's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, it does not cover transportation costs. The customer is responsible for shipping the unit to us and for return shipping.
