Oregon Power Mate® Rim Sprocket System - .325" x 7 Tooth (Husqvarna)

The Oregon 108215XSF is a professional-grade Power Mate® Rim System designed for high-performance Husqvarna chainsaws. Unlike standard one-piece spur sprockets, this two-piece system features a splined drum and a replaceable free-floating rim. This design allows the rim to move side-to-side on the spline, ensuring the chain remains perfectly aligned with the guide bar groove for smoother cutting and reduced wear.

Durability and Economy

Manufactured using a cold-forged process, this sprocket system offers superior resistance to wear and thermal stress. Because the rim is the only part that contacts the chain, you can replace it multiple times before needing to replace the entire drum unit. For maximum performance, it is recommended to replace the rim every three chains or when deep wear grooves appear.

⚠️ Mandatory Pitch Match:
This system is designed exclusively for .325" pitch chains and guide bars. It is NOT compatible with 3/8" or 1/4" setups. Using mismatched components will cause immediate damage to your chain and sprocket.

🛠️ Mechanic's Tip:
One sprocket system typically lasts for the complete life of two chains. Always inspect the needle bearing for dryness or flat spots when the drum is removed. For the smoothest operation, grease the bearing with a dedicated sprocket nose/bearing grease during every rim change.

This was a replacement for one that was welded off center.  HL acted fast when I called them and the replacement was here in no time. Great customer service from HL Supply!
