Description Technical Specs

Designed to perform a wide variety of professional applications, the Oregon 240VXLHD025 24" VersaCut Guide Bar is a standard-kerf bar with a large radius nose. VersaCut guide bars are the perfect choice for arborists, orchardists and other professionals who come across every type of tree, shrub or limb during their work day. This chainsaw bar features an all new bearing-grade steel sprocket nose which resists spreading and wear for longer nose life and better performance. A new aluminum core makes this chainsaw bar 20% lighter than Oregon Pro-Lite bars, reducing operator fatigue. Since the bar is stiffer and stronger than our current light-weight bars, you get more precise cuts.

Very light and well balanced, haven’t put a ton of hours in the saw with it yet but so far I’m really enjoying it!

5 of 5 Light and Durable November 22, 2020
Reviewer: Jim from Calgary, AB Canada
Bought this bar for my 361, great weight savings and cost savings too. About the same weight as a Stihl light bar, at about $100 less. It’s been very durable so far. Not a replaceable tip, but it’s got 5 rivets and  seems strong.
