Genuine Husqvarna Handguard / Brake Lever - 503 76 49-03

Replace your damaged safety lever with the Genuine Husqvarna 503764903 Handguard. This OEM part is the primary trigger for the chain brake system on Husqvarna's most iconic professional saws.

Uncompromising Safety

The handguard must withstand extreme vibration and impact without failing. Genuine Husqvarna guards are built from reinforced polymers that maintain their structural integrity in freezing temperatures, ensuring the chain brake engages reliably during a kickback event.

Model Compatibility:

Husqvarna 362, 362 XP
365, 365 SPECIAL
371 XP
372 XP
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Check Your Model Type

This part is NOT for X-TORQ models.

  • If you have a Standard/EPA model: Use this part (503764903).
  • If you have an X-TORQ model: You must use part 515980901.

🛠️ Mechanic's Tip:
When installing a new handguard, check the pivot bushings for wear. If the lever feels "sloppy" or loose, it can delay the engagement of the chain brake. Always clean the brake mechanism housing of sawdust buildup before reassembling.
Fits models:
  • Husqvarna 362, 362 XP, 365, 365 SPECIAL, 371 XP, 372 XP
