I ordered a filter for my chainsaw but they sent me the incorrect filter. I called them and spoke to Rafael who asked me to send me an email regarding this issue. This was 4 days ago and I still have not received a response! Poor service! I will call again later today to see if anyone is able to help.

I was advised of an inaccurate delivery date and could not access the Fed-Ex info from my e-mail link from HL Supply  but my computer is older and perhaps the issue was on my end.  Huge Thank you to Michael in their order/customer service dept.  Very helpful in acquiring the correct parts for our 357XP chain saw.  Would definitely order from them again if needed.
