My friends employee said the saw has more power than when it was new.
The saw is a 2021 Stihl MS261-C.
Here's a video of modifications made to make it fit the newer version that had the slanted cylinder.

Happy with the cylinder/piston repair kit so far.  It fit nicely and the saw has run well for the first 5 tanks of gas.
