What is Titanikel Plating?
Titanikel is Hyway’s exclusive titanium-nickel composite plating applied at 900–1000 °C using a high-temperature steam fusion process. After multi-layer electroplating, the bore is diamond-polished to a mirror finish — creating a surface far harder and more heat-resistant than standard Nikasil.
