What is Titanikel Plating?
Titanikel plating is a sophisticated technology developed by Hyway, involving a titanium-nickel composite applied through a high-temperature steam plating process at 900 to 1000 degrees Celsius. This creates a robust, wear-resistant surface perfect for engine components.

Installation Guide – Quick Tips for Success
- Verify bore size: Measure your old cylinder — this kit is 52 mm only.
- Clean thoroughly: Remove all old gasket material from crankcase and muffler surfaces.
- Use new base gasket: Always install a new gasket — never reuse the old one.
- Torque properly: Cylinder base nuts: 10–11 Nm in a criss-cross pattern.
- Break-in period: Run first tank at 50:1 with light load, vary RPM, avoid full throttle for extended periods.
- Decomp valve: Transfer your existing valve or install new one with light grease on threads.
