I could not get the saw to run with new parts, I ended up getting a new piston and cylinder from Amazon and got the saw going. I could not see any visible damage to the piston or cylinder. The first thing the did when I contacted HLS, was sent me the criteria for a return which stated is had to be new and in the packaging that it came in. Can't tell it has faults until you install it. Frustrated at best.

Was not happy with this product as the lower block plate was not machined properly and had bad fitment. I had to use my old one. Would like a discount.

I probably would not buy this motor again. Every hole in the block and pan has to be tapped to a common size. They are all fine thread of some sort. Obviously Chinese and not clean. I used the original pan. I guess we’ll see how long it lasts.
