I do not understand the high reviews.  This screwdriver is the cheapest piece of Chinese garbage .  The blade has burrs.  The shaft goes into the handle only 5/16 inch..  The handle has sharp plastic mold seams.  The blue part is paint that flakes off.  5" total length, 2 3/4" shaft
   I suppose it can be used for carb adjustments, but any cheap screwdriver from a dollar store would work just as well
