Sugihara bars are known for their tight tolerances. To get the most out of this professional bar, ensure your chain tension is checked frequently during the first few hours of use. Because this is a replaceable nose bar, you can swap out just the sprocket tip if it wears down, saving you the cost of a full bar replacement. Keep the nose sprocket well-greased and flip the bar daily for even rail wear.
