Sugihara 32" Lightweight Guide Bar - 3/8" x .063" (D025 Mount)
The Sugihara 32-inch lightweight guide bar is the ultimate choice for professionals tackling the largest timber. Machined in Japan from high-carbon alloy steel, this bar uses resin-filled pockets to achieve a 30% weight reduction. This technology moves the center of gravity back toward the saw, drastically improving handling and reducing the physical toll of operating a high-capacity chainsaw all day.
The Sugihara Edge: RC60 Hardened Rails
Legendary for their longevity, Sugihara bars feature RC60 induction-hardened rails. This extreme hardness prevents the rails from spreading or mushrooming under the high heat and tension produced by 90cc+ saws. The polished steel finish ensures a low-friction surface, keeping your chain running cooler and straighter than standard painted bars.

⚙️ Maintenance & Replacement Parts:
🛠️ Mechanic's Tip:
A 32" bar requires maximum oil output. Ensure your saw’s oiler is turned up and the oil ports are kept clear of debris. This bar features a replaceable sprocket nose (T2-3Q)—regularly inspect the nose bearings for heat damage. Flip the bar daily to ensure the RC60 rails wear evenly and keep your cuts perfectly square.
