While I appreciate the offer to provide free downloads on manuals.  I gave up after two weeks waiting for the order to be processed.  An order that totaled ZERO dollars.  I never received and email with any link, and when I checked on the status of the order it always showed processing. I had a customer waiting, so I moved on. Again, nice offer, would be better if it worked.  Thanks,
