The box the carb came in ONLY had a label that sai July 30, 2016 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Chilhowie, VA United States   I bought this carb for my Stihl 026 PROMISE. The description said it was for my saw but when I received it, the box only said "MS260". This was advertised as an OEM carb, to install this carb I had to do SLIGHT modifications to the carb housing on my saw. It was not a big deal but if it's an OEM carb, I would expect it to fit without cutting and grinding the plastic case. Now I'm concerned that if I ever have to replace this carb, will the mods I made to my saw effect the fitting of the new carb if I choose a different manufacturer the next time? All in all, it was an easy install and works. Guess that's all you can ask for in a carb. Was this review helpful to you?

nice carb but... July 13, 2016 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Seaford, DE United States   I got this for my 026 pro. It is a nice carb, but did not match my wt403b. Pay attention to the L idle screw.  My wt403B was centered on the carb.  This replacement hugs the side that fit up against the intake and without trimming a lot of plastic it would not fit. The L idle adjustment slots are way off. HSL Supply to it back and returned my money..they have great service! Was this review helpful to you?
