Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there
is a manufacturer defect. You must contact us
within 30 days of your
1. Please email SUPPORT or call 386-256-4891 to request a refund and we will assign you a RMA #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Print the assigned RMA # on the outside of the package.
note that we will be unable to process returns without a RMA #.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for
return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Electronic parts that have been plugged in
may not be returned.
Clearance items are sold as-is and may not be returned or exchanged.
If we cannot resell the returned item as new,
we will be unable to offer a refund.
We do not charge a restocking fee. We also do not refund the original shipping
and handling that you paid on the order, unless there is a manufacturer defect
or we are at fault.
If your item is still in new and unused condition, you may exchange it. You will
have to pay return shipping and the shipping for the item we are exchanging.
