Shipping Policy

At HL Supply, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Our goal is to ship items the same day they are ordered, whenever possible.

International Orders

International Shipping is available. Customers pay all applicable import fees in addition to our shipping fees.

Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

Our daily cut-off time for same-day shipping is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on parts orders totaling $125 or more. Please note that this offer does not apply to chainsaws, fuel, or oils.

Overnight Shipping

Overnight shipping service is available for orders placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Weekend Orders

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
