Better than original equipment May 29, 2018 Reviewer: JVV from Peterborough, ON Canada   This air filter and base fit perfectly and provides a solid mount for the air filter. The original air filter constantly vibrated off the base allowing the chainsaw to suck in dirt/sawdust plus ran too lean. The new setup stays on as it should. Was this review helpful to you?

great upgrade for old 51 April 15, 2017 Reviewer: Greg West from Wilmore, KY United States   Air filter conversion fit very well. Much better than old pop on style. My old one came loose an dirt an debris got sucked into cylinder an scratched walls an ruined my saw.over 20yr old saw an filter design killed it. Anyone who owns a 51 needs this.
