Good value March 8, 2018 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from ELIZABETHTOWN, NC United States   Soaked in vinegar overnight to remove the shinny zinc coating. Then 30 seconds with a grinder to sharpen the spikes.Now they match the other side. Not bad for $7. Was this review helpful to you?

Needs modification December 17, 2017 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Bowdon, GA United States   You will have to modify it some to fit. The spikes have to be reprofiled slightly to make them sharp. The holes were also to small for the bar studs to fit through. Out of the box they are useless with a little modification they aren't bad for the price. Was this review helpful to you?

Fits but almost worthless December 6, 2016 Reviewer: James R Cole, Jr from Clayton, NC United States   This spike mounts up fine and fits the saws but a felling dog is supposed to bite into bark and help hold the saw.  This spike has rounded ends instead of points.  I think with some grinder work I can make it look OK but alas it is not useful for much more than a kick stand as delivered.
