I ordered the Stihl number 9638 003 1585 which is used if the engine is taken out and disassembled, I received 9638 003 1581 oil seals which are used if the engine stays in the saw. I contacted customer service and let them know, they were great about shipping the correct seals and they got quickly. BUT they sent the same wrong oil seals 1581 NOT 1585 which is the number listed on the website. I put them in just to get the saw going, so far so good. I would have given 5 stars if they they sent the right parts.
