Description

Oregon 22LPX PowerCut™ 16" Saw Chain - .325" x .063" (62 DL)

The Oregon 22LPX062G PowerCut™ is a high-performance, full-chisel saw chain engineered for experienced woodcutters using mid-sized Stihl chainsaws. This 16-inch chain features aggressive, square-corner cutters designed to slice through timber with maximum speed and efficiency. It is the ideal upgrade for professionals who demand precision and fast stay-sharp performance in clean wood.

The Professional Standard

As part of the PowerCut™ family, this chain features LubriTec™ technology, an advanced oiling system that ensures your chain and guide bar stay lubricated for reduced friction and longer life. The Blued Cutters provide superior corrosion resistance, while the hardened rivets offer a stable bearing surface that minimizes stretch and the need for frequent adjustments.

⚠️ Important Compatibility Note:
This chain is .325" Pitch and .063" Gauge. It will NOT work with 3/8" standard or 3/8" Low Profile (Picco) sprockets or guide bars. This is specifically designed for Stihl bars that use a .063" (1.6mm) groove. Please verify your sprocket pitch and bar gauge before ordering. This is a "Yellow Label" professional chain and does not meet ANSI low-kickback requirements.

🛠️ Mechanic's Tip:
The .325" .063" system is very common on mid-range Stihl saws like the MS 250. Because this is a full-chisel chain, it cuts incredibly fast but is sensitive to dirty wood. If you're cutting near the ground, check your cutters frequently. A quick "touch-up" with a 3/16" file every time you refuel will keep the chain from "working too hard," which prevents the bar rails from overheating and spreading.
