Oregon 18" VersaCut™ Guide Bar - .325" x .063" (74 DL)
The Oregon 183VXLGD025 is a premium, lightweight professional guide bar designed for high-performance in a wide range of applications. The VersaCut™ series features an aluminum core that makes the bar 20% lighter than standard solid bars, providing better balance on smaller saws and significantly reducing operator fatigue during long workdays.
Precision Professional Engineering
Constructed to be stiffer than traditional lightweight bars, the VersaCut™ offers more precise cutting and better chain fit-up to reduce rail wear. It features a redesigned large-radius sprocket nose for longer service life and improved performance in heavy-duty commercial environments.

🛠️ Mechanic's Tip:
The 18" VersaCut is a favorite for the Stihl MS 261. It allows the saw to remain light and nimble for limbing while providing enough reach for medium felling. Because this bar uses a .325" pitch, it offers a smoother cut with less vibration than 3/8". Use a 3/16" round file for maintenance and always ensure your oiler is functioning properly to protect the aluminum core's rail integrity.
