To get the maximum life out of your Sugihara bar, always grease the replaceable nose sprocket and flip the bar daily. This ensures the rails wear evenly and prevents the chain from "leaning" to one side. Cleaning the bar rails and oil holes with each chain sharpening will ensure consistent lubrication and peak performance.
