How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

  1. Please email or call 386-256-4891 to request a refund and we will assign you a RMA #.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  3. Print the assigned RMA # on the outside of the package.

Please note that we will be unable to process returns without RMA #. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please contact us via email to obtain RMA # and shipping instructions or speak with a customer representative. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment.

Unopened Merchandise
You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping back.

Opened Merchandise
Opened products and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs lay solely on the buyer in this case. Any item has been installed, gassed, or oiled cannot be returned once it. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to a local authorized service center for repair. If product is returned and upon inspection shows signs that gas or oil have been used then no refund will be given and the customer will be notified via email.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, unless there is a manufacturer defect or we are at fault.

Exchanges

If your item is still in new and unused condition, you may exchange it. You will have to pay return shipping and the shipping for the item we are exchanging.

Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty
HLSupply, LLC warrants its parts to be free from defect in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. Liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of parts or store credit. This warranty shall not apply to any part which HLSupply, LLC, in its sole judgment, determines whether the part has been subject to misuse or improper installation. HLSupply, LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, or misapplication of our products.
