The
Oregon 363RNDD025 PowerCut™ is a premium solid-body guide bar engineered specifically for professional woodcutters using high-output saws. Built from chrome-moly steel, this 36-inch bar provides superior stiffness and durability for large-diameter felling. It features a replaceable sprocket nose, allowing you to quickly refresh the high-wear area of the bar without replacing the entire solid steel body.

⚠️ Important Compatibility Note:
This guide bar is designed for the D025 Stihl large mount. It requires a 3/8" pitch drive sprocket and .063" gauge chain with 114 drive links. Please verify your saw's sprocket pitch before ordering, as some large Stihl saws may be converted to run .404" pitch.

🛠️ Mechanic's Tip:
On a bar of this length, proper lubrication is critical. Ensure your saw's oiler is turned to the maximum setting. To extend the life of the replaceable nose, use a grease gun to lubricate the sprocket tip daily. When the chain is removed, always clean the bar grooves and the oil inlet holes to prevent debris from blocking flow to the rails.
