Cheap Chinese replacement head. The tensioner came broken and the gears to move the bar barely worked. I wish there was a way to post a picture of it.

This part + shipping is less expensive than taking my polesaw to a dealer to repair/replace my oil tank. I will install it in a few days.

4 of 5 Pole saw for stihl January 17, 2019
Reviewer: Willie from Oak Ridge, TN United States
This unit, a replacement pole saw for amStihl pole saw attachment, is functionally the same as the factory unit.  It does not have the same dimensional quality.  There were machining flaws (which did not prevent the saw from operating) and there was welding slag (which did prevent the chain tightening mechanism from working. A short session with a file and grinder restored its functionality. Overall, the saw was a cost effective substitute for the very costly factory version.
