Running a 20" bar on a .325" setup provides exceptional smoothness for mid-sized saws. To ensure your Sugihara bar lasts as long as the saw, always keep the bar oil holes clear and flip the bar frequently to distribute rail wear evenly. Since the sprocket nose is replaceable, you can swap it out if it becomes damaged, effectively doubling the bar's service life compared to standard consumer bars.
